Vag-Com suspension and misc. tweaks

Disabled seatbelt warning chime.
Disabled DRLs (Daytime Running Lights)
Disabled "Low Winshield Wiper Fluid" warning

Raised the suspension by appx 1 inch (25mm) in the front and rear:

F/L : 497 - 472
F/R : 497 - 472
R/L : 502 - 477
R/R : 502 - 477

JC wants to raise it another inch.
